The owner of Kenai Timber Frames is Ken Iannaccone a licensed Civil Engineer. He came to Colorado in 1997 from New Jersey with a diverse construction background, and then earned his Engineering degree in Colorado in 2008.

The ancient art of timber framing crossed his path when he was asked to engineer a timber frame home. This sparked a passion to know more and take the work from the “page” into the field of construction and assembly. This unique union was born. Ken has a rare relationship with each project in that he often designs, engineers, and even assists in constructing each timber frame. Truly a complete full circle.

Ken has applied for his National Engineers License, so he can work anywhere in the U.S.A. and
Will be taking the exam for his General Contractors License
